Programming/ Pro-Social Activites

What programs are available?

A pro-social activity is any activity that gets a youth involved in their school or greater community. Pro-social activities may include sports, volunteering, clubs, or other programming.

Bath YMCA

Make it Happen!
Multilingual & Multicultural Center, 353 Cumberland Ave, Portland

Make It Happen! is a college readiness program that helps multilingual students build competitive academic profiles for college admission and financial aid.  To provide academic and language acquisition support, MIH! pairs English Language Learners in grades 8-12 with volunteer academic coaches.

Telling Room

The Telling Room is a nonprofit writing center, dedicated to the idea that children and young adults are natural storytellers. Focused on young writers ages 6 to 18, they seek to build confidence, strengthen literacy skills, and provide real audiences for our students. They believe that the power of creative expression can change our communities and prepare our youth for future success.
